Products Description                                      

Wraparound type heat shrink sleeves provide great corrosion protection, Superior resistance to Cathodic Disbandment and excellent durability against abrasion and chemical attack. This type HSS is good heat shrinkable products designed for anticrrosive on offshore and on shore field applied pipeline joints  with operating from 60°C to 120°C.

The inner layer is two-components Epoxy Primer which coated on steel pipe; 

Intermediate level is special hot melt adhesive ;

Outer layer is modified radiation crossing linking polyethylene backing.

Currently, the product is well above the domestic anticorrosive professional standards and reaches the standard requirement of EN12068，DIN 30672，ISO 21809-3 and ASTM as well.

The epoxy Primer is a corrosion protection layer to improve cathodic disbonding resistance, which is applied to cleaned and dry steel surface.
