Heat shrinkable material tape, also known as anti-corrosion Heat Shrinkable Wrap-Around Sleeves of pipeline, is designed for joint coating of buried or overhead steel pipeline and reserved welding joint. It is used after connecting (welding) to form a pipeline. It is composed of a heat shrinkable tape and a fixing closure patch to form a tubular body, which is used by the coating method.Heat Shrink Sleeves structure:
l The inner layer is two-components Epoxy Primer which coated on steel pipe;
l Intermediate level is special hot melt adhesive ;
l Outer layer is modified radiation crossing linking polyethylene backing.
l 2 PE heat shrink sleeves structure without epoxy primer.
