Detailed explanation of anti-corrosion methods for metal pipelines

b. Polyethylene coating layer: The polyethylene plastic is thermoplastic onto the surface of the pipeline through a specialized machine, forming a hard plastic shell tightly bonded to the pipe wall. Has good application performance, mechanical strength, and suitable temperature range. It is one of the high-performance anti-corrosion coatings.

c. Epoxy resin coating: There are various types of epoxy resin anti-corrosion materials, such as epoxy water-based coatings and epoxy powder coatings. Among them, the epoxy powder coating sprays the powder onto the treated pipe to form a uniform, continuous, and sturdy anti-corrosion film.
