China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) Inspect Forever products

Recently, China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) North Branch sent an expert team to inspect Forever Company, widely understanding the types and technical performance of Forever's products. After repeated comparisons, on-site trials, and pressure tests, it was finally decided to purchase 20000 sets of Heat Shrink Sleeve products and apply them to the natural gas pipeline project from Liuba to Fengxian (hereinafter referred to as the Liufeng Line Project).

The Liufeng Line project starts from the opening of the Baohan Gas Pipeline in Hexi Village, Jiangkou Town, Liuba County, Hanzhong City, and ends at the newly built Fengxian Terminal Station in Shilidian Village, Shuangshipu Town, Fengxian County, Baoji City. The total length of the line is about 71.59 kilometers. The Liufeng Line project crosses the hinterland of the Qinling Mountains, involving 133 parallel and crossing rivers, including 3 medium-sized rivers. It also crosses two large mountain ranges and passes through highways, national roads, and other main roads more than 10 times. It is the first project in our province to cross the Qinling Mountains by excavation since the implementation of the newly revised Qinling Ecological Environment Protection Regulations in 2019, with many external constraints and high difficulty in construction.

The project started on September 17, 2023, and with the unremitting efforts of all participating personnel, 45.5 kilometers of heat shrink tubing have been repaired and used up to now. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year, and the gas supply conditions are expected to be met half a year earlier than the original plan. The construction of Shaanxi natural gas long-distance pipelines started in the early 1990s, and after more than 30 years of significant development, as of the end of 2022, the total length of the pipeline network is about 7483 kilometers. The natural gas pipeline has covered 11 cities in the province 88 counties (cities) have achieved full coverage of natural gas in the remaining 19 counties (cities) through methods such as LNG and CNG, basically forming a "provincial network" natural gas transmission and distribution system that runs north-south and extends east-west.

In recent years, Forever has established close and lasting cooperative relationships with gas companies and local branches affiliated with Shaanxi Natural Gas Company. This is mainly based on the good quality, stable performance, high peel strength, good anti-corrosion effect, easy to operate, and convenient construction of Heat Shrink Sleeves.
