(1) Pre sales service--

When your company selects our Heat shrink sleeves and Epoxy Primer, the preliminary service will start immediately. While organizing production and manufacturing immediately, we invite relevant personnel from the construction party to our company to understand the product manufacturing process, send professional engineers to the site of the first party's project for on-site threading, understand more detailed construction technology, and lay a foundation for the next specific construction step.

(2) In sales services--

When our Heat shrink sleeve arrive at the construction site, regardless of the type of working environment, our professional engineering and technical personnel immediately arrive. Cooperate with on-site material acceptance, on-site installation demonstration, on-site application guidance, technical consultation, communication and guidance, and personnel training. And establish a construction project department, track on-site, provide full service for product installation operations, cooperate in solving on-site related problems, to ensure the speed and quality of project progress.

Cooperate with on-site delivery inspection. Including on-site barbecue of 3 sets of Cold Applied Tape for inspection and testing. Assist with installation, including testing and inspection.

Complete all inspection and verification contents for on-site acceptance. Including:

1) Heat Shrinkable Wrap Around Sleeves and their accompanying primer packaging should be sealed and clearly marked with the following information or as required by the owner: · Manufacturer and product name· Product model specifications· Packing quantity, batch number, and production date.

2) According to the delivery list, count the number of boxes (pieces) and take a sample to check the quantity of boxes. After checking for accuracy, the buyer's representative signs and confirms on the delivery list and waybill.

3) According to the requirements and standards of the bidding party, the same brand of heat shrink cold wound tape and its matching primer shall undergo at least one comprehensive inspection before use. During use, upon arrival of each batch (not exceeding 5000), the performance of the Heat Shrink Tape substrate, adhesive, and primer should be rechecked to meet the specified requirements. The acceptance inspection content includes, but is not limited to: A) Leakage detection: All completed heat shrink joint sealing tapes (sets) should be 100% tested for leakage using electric ignition. The leakage detection voltage shall not be less than 15KV, and the detection speed shall be 200-300mm/s; B) Peel strength: After patching, one joint (including hot bending pipe patching) is sampled every 100 patching points to measure the peel strength between the heat shrink tape (sleeve) and the steel pipe and PE layer.

(3) After sales service--

After the completion of engineering protection, professional engineers provide on-site services during backfilling, timely absorb the suggestions of the engineering party, track and evaluate the product's bearing capacity in different sections such as ditch and river crossings, mountain and hill sections, and loose soil sections. If any problems are found, they should be immediately placed on site with the Party A and the supervision party until safe and stable backfilling is completed. Eliminate any factors that may cause pipeline corrosion throughout the entire process, ensuring the quality of the project is flawless. At the same time, Party A is requested to provide a comprehensive evaluation of this service, fill out the service card, and send it to the office of our company's general manager by telegram.

After sales service also includes providing documents and information required for the goods, providing users with quality records to verify the quality of the product processing process, and product performance.
